  1. Now Contact provides several ways for you to move Contact information in and out of your Contact Files. You can import Contact information from one Contact File to another, "merging" the two files quickly and easily. The Export feature lets you export your Contact data to a text file, to use in a spreadsheet, database, or other application, and also lets you export selected Contacts to a new Contact File.
